Bank of Korea Money Museum Gangwon Branch
The currency exhibition room at the Bank of Korea's Gangwon branch opened in January 2005 and was expanded to 130㎡ in December 2013. The currencies on display range from ancient commodity money to banknotes and coins currently in circulation. The exhibition room also explains the making of money using high-tech media, including a video and a touch screen monitor. The room also unveils secrets on money and has an economic education area.
