Bank of Korea Money Museum Gwangju & Jeonnam Branch
The currency exhibition room at the Bank of Korea's Gwangju & Jeonnam branch opened in November 2000. The currencies on display rage from ancient currencies including spade and knife money, known as the first metal currency in the world, and Dae Dong Eun Jeon, the first silver coin in Korea, to currencies from all around the world, North Korean currencies and commemorative coins.
